适应症
适用于痤疮、扁平苔癣、白斑、毛发红糠疹和面部糠疹等。可作为银屑病、鱼鳞病的辅助治疗，也可用于治疗多发性寻常疣以及角化异常类的各种皮肤病。同时用于治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病（APL），并可作为维持治疗药物。
用法用量
口服：每日2～3次，每次10mg。
不良反应
1．唇炎、黏膜干燥、结膜炎、甲沟炎、脱发。|2．高血脂，多发生于治疗后2～3个月。|3．引起胚胎发育畸形。|4．肝功能受损。|5．其他：可出现头痛、头晕(50岁以下者较老年人多)、骨增厚、口干、脱屑以及对光过敏、皮肤色素变化等。
禁忌
妊娠妇女；严重肝肾功能损害者禁用。
注意事项
口服本品出现不良反应时，应控制剂量或与谷维素、VitB1、VitB6等同服，可使头疼等症状减轻或消失。在治疗严重皮肤病时，可与皮质激素、抗生素等合并使用，以增加疗效。
贮藏
遮光、密闭、阴凉干燥处保存。
