适应症
预防癌症化疗引起的恶心和呕吐。
用法用量
儿童2岁以上儿童的推荐剂量为0.2mg/kg，每日最大剂量为5mg。推荐的使用方法为：在第1天静脉给药；此后的第2～6天按剂量口服本品。成人成人的推荐用法为每天5mg，疗程6天，其中第1天静脉给药；此后的第2～6天每天口服一粒胶囊最多5天。胶囊应在早晨起床时(至少于早餐前1小时)立即用水送服。如果单独使用托烷司琼疗效不佳时，不增加药物剂量而同时合用地塞米松可提高止吐疗效。
不良反应
本品通常耐受性良好。推荐剂量下的不良反应为一过性的。常见的不良反应有头痛、头昏、便秘、眩晕、疲劳及胃肠功能紊乱如腹痛和腹泻。极少数病人可出现一过性血压改变或过敏反应，前者无需特殊治疗，后者经抗过敏治疗后可好转。
禁忌
对托烷司琼过敏者及孕妇禁用。
注意事项
3.肝肾功能障碍者使用本品半衰期延长，但这种变化在每天5mg，连续用药6天的治疗中不会发生药物蓄积，因此不必调整用药剂量。
贮藏
遮光，密封，在阴凉处保存。
