适应症
本品用于过敏性鼻炎、支气管哮喘。
用法用量
支气管哮喘：成人一次10mg，一日2次，早饭和晚饭后口服，疗程6周。
不良反应
1. 中枢神经系统：嗜睡、困倦、头痛。2. 消化系统：恶心、呕吐、腹痛、便秘、腹泻、口渴、口腔炎、胃痛、消化不良、软便等。3. 血液系统：偶见血小板增加，血红蛋白减少。4. 过敏：有时出现瘙痒，偶见皮疹、荨麻疹、面部潮红。5. 肝脏：偶见谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)升高。6. 肾脏：偶见蛋白尿。7. 其它：偶见疲乏、发热、全身关节痛、鼻腔干燥感、鼻痛。8. 国内吡嘧司特钾临床研究中有1例受试者出现心悸、肌肉颤抖，被医生判断为可能与吡嘧司特钾有关。?
禁忌
妊娠及哺乳期妇女禁用。
注意事项
1. 本品不同于支气管扩张剂、皮质激素和抗组胺药，不是使已经发作的症状迅速减轻的药物，使用时应注意。2. 支气管哮喘患者用药过程中如出现大发作，必要时服用气管扩张剂或皮质激素。3. 对于长期服用皮质激素治疗的患者，由于服用本品而对皮质激素减量时，须逐步进行。已减量的患者，在中止服用本品后，可能再度复发。4. 出现副作用时，可减量或停药。5. 对于季节性发作的患者，应考虑在好发季节之前服用该药，直到好发季节结束。?
