适应症
用于治疗对普卢利沙星敏感的葡萄球菌、淋球菌、肺炎球菌、肠球菌、莫拉克斯氏菌、大肠杆菌、志贺杆菌、沙门氏菌（伤寒菌、副伤寒菌除外）、柠檬酸菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌、沙雷氏菌属、变形杆菌、霍乱弧菌、嗜血流感杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、消化链球菌引起的下列感染：1.浅表性皮肤感染症（急性浅表性毛囊炎、传染性脓痂疹）、深部皮肤感染症（蜂窝织炎、丹毒、疖、疖肿症、痈、化脓性甲周炎）、慢性脓皮症（感染性皮脂腺囊肿、化脓性汗腺炎、皮下脓肿）。2.肛门周围脓肿、外伤和烫伤以及手术创伤等浅表性继发性感染。3.急性上呼吸道感染（咽喉炎、扁桃体炎、急性支气管炎等）、慢性呼吸系统疾病的继发性感染（慢性支气管炎、弥漫性细支气管炎、支气管扩张、肺气肿、肺纤维病、支气管哮喘等）和肺炎。4.膀胱炎、肾盂肾炎、前列腺炎.5.胆囊炎、胆管炎。6.感染性肠炎、细菌性痢疾、沙门氏菌病、霍乱。7.子宫内感染、子宫附件炎。8.眼睑炎、麦粒肿。9.中耳炎、鼻窦炎。
用法用量
口服。通常成年人一次0.2g，一日2次。根据症状可适当调整剂量，但一次用量不得超过0.3g。 对肺炎、慢性呼吸系统疾病的继发性感染患者，一次0.3g，一日2次。
