适应症
细菌性阴道病
用法用量
阴道给药，每日一次，于晚上临睡前清洗外阴后，将本品0.1g（1片）放入阴道后穹窿处，连用7天。或遵医嘱。
不良反应
国内临床研究显示，克林霉素磷酸酯阴道泡腾片不良反应包括念珠菌性阴道炎、念珠菌感染、皮肤瘙痒，实验室检查也出现血红蛋白、白细胞、中性粒细胞、血小板和肝肾功能的变化，但均无临床意义。
国外关于克林霉素磷酸酯栓的临床研究报道，589例患者使用克林霉素磷酸酯栓，不良反应率为10.5%，其中3例(0.5%)中断治疗。
不良反应包括：
①泌尿生殖系统：功能紊乱(3.4%)、阴道痛(1.9%)、念珠菌阴道炎(1.5%)。
②全身作用：真菌感染(1.0%)。
发生率?1%的不良反应：
①泌尿生殖系统：月经紊乱、排尿困难等。
②全身：腹部痉挛、腹痛、发热、协腹痛、头痛等。
③消化系统：腹泻、呕吐和恶心。
④皮肤：非用药部位皮肤发红、皮疹、用药部位疼痛、皮炎。
禁忌
1.对克林霉素、林可霉素或本品其它组分有过敏史者禁用。2.有局限性肠炎、溃疡性肠炎或抗生素相关肠炎病史者禁用。
注意事项
1、本品仅供阴道给药，切忌口服。
2、月经期病人不宜使用本品，可在月经干净后使用。
3、在使用本品期间应避免房事，同时避免冲洗阴道。
4、出现过敏反应时应停药就医。
5、如使用过量或出现严重不良反应，请立即就医。
6、本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
7、请将此药品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
8、如正在使用其它药物，在使用本品前应咨询医师或药师。
贮藏
遮光、密封、干燥处保存。
