适应症
助消化药。用于消化不良、胰腺疾病引起的消化障碍和各种原因引起的胰腺外分泌功能不足的替代治疗。
用法用量
1.每餐20,000-40,000欧洲药典单位脂肪酶,进餐时服用。 2.根据症状调整剂量。本品宜用水整粒吞服。 3.为方便吞咽,亦可打开胶囊,将微粒与水或流质同服,切忌嚼碎后服用。
不良反应
由于胰酶的来源，偶见对制剂中动物蛋白的变应反应。在长期或大剂量接触后，可能会有以下不利或毒性反应：吸入粉末后，偶有鼻腔刺激和变应性鼻炎的发生；接触粉末后，有哮喘、支气管过敏和肺部过敏的病例报道；对胃肠道的作用方面，偶有腹泻、便秘、胃部不适、恶心的报道；对泌尿生殖系统作用方面，长期大量服用的儿童患者中有高尿酸血症、高尿酸尿和尿石病的报道；对皮肤的作用方面，有过敏引起的皮疹发生。
禁忌
对得每通过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.应整粒吞服，不得打开或溶解后服用。
2.儿童用量请咨询医师或药师。
3.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
4.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
5.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
6.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
7.如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
