适应症

本品适用于:1. 适用于小儿因消化系统疾病，不能经胃肠摄取食物者。2. 适用于小儿由各种疾病所引起的低蛋白血症者。3. 适用于小儿受严重创伤、烧伤及败血症等体内氮平衡失调者。4. 适用于难治性腹泻、吸收不良综合征。5. 适用于早产儿、低体重儿的肠外营养。

用法用量

1.本品经中心静脉长时间应用时，应与高渗葡萄糖(或葡萄糖和脂肪乳剂)、电解质、维生素、微量元素等联合应用，以期达到营养支持的目的。 2.本品经外周静脉应用时，可用10%葡萄糖注射液稀释后缓慢滴注。 3.输注速度：外周静脉全营养输注时，将药液稀释后，全日用量不少于16小时，均匀滴注，部分静脉营养输注、中心静脉输注时遵医嘱。 4.输注量应以小儿的年龄、体重、病情等不同而定，一般用量，开始时氨基酸15(ml/kg)/日(相当氨基酸约1g)，以后递增至30(ml/kg)/日(相当氨基酸2.0g)，疗程结束时，应注意逐渐减量，防止产生低血糖症。

不良反应

本品输注速度快时，易产生心率加快、胃肠道反应及发热等。

禁忌

1. 肝、肾功能损害的病儿。2. 对氨基酸有代谢障碍的病儿。

注意事项

1. 用前应仔细检查药液，如有浑浊、生霉或瓶身漏气等切勿使用。2. 药液应一次用完，剩余药液不可保存再用。3. 本品遇冷可能有结晶析出，可置40～50℃温水中使其溶解，放至体温后再用。
