适应症
本品适用于以粉刺、丘疹和脓疱为主要表现的寻常型痤疮的皮肤治疗。亦可用于治疗面部、胸和背部的痤疮。
用法用量
轻轻挤压药管底部，将足够剂量的药物挤压到手指尖涂抹患处，再将盖子旋紧。
不良反应
本品在最初治疗的2~4周里最常见的不良反应为红斑、干燥、鳞屑、瘙痒、灼伤或刺痛，在程度上多为轻、中度。较少发生的不良反应有晒伤、皮肤刺激、皮肤不适的烧灼和刺痛。极少发生的不良反应包括：痤疮红肿、皮炎和接触性皮炎、眼浮肿、结膜炎、红斑、瘙痒、皮肤变色、红疹和湿疹等。如不良反应严重，应减少用药次数或停药。
禁忌
对阿达帕林或凝胶赋形剂中的任何组份过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1、如果产生过敏或严重的刺激反应，应停止用药。确定局部刺激反应程度后，患者可在医生指导下减少用药次数，暂时停用或完全停止用药。
2、在使用本品期间，如果暴露在日光下，包括发出紫外线的太阳灯，应将剂量降低到最小用量。对于经常暴露在强日光下和自身对阳光过敏的患者，在户外锻炼时应特别注意。当在阳光下是不可避免时，建议在治疗区域上使用防晒产品和保护服；当气候极端异常时，如有大风或寒冷，对接受本品治疗的患者也可能产生刺激性。
3、避免接触眼、唇、口腔、鼻粘膜、内眦和其它粘膜组织，本品不应用在刀伤、擦伤、湿疹或晒伤的皮肤上，亦不得应用于十分严重的痤疮患者，或患有湿疹样的皮肤创面。当用其它维生素A酸类药物或使用“蜡质”脱毛方法时，应避免使用本品进行治疗。
贮藏
遮光，密封，在阴凉处（不超过20℃）保存。
