适应症
用于预防和治疗甲型流感病毒所引起的呼吸道感染。本品与灭活的甲型流感病毒疫苗合并时可促进机体产生预防性抗体。
用法用量
温开水冲服。1～9岁小儿每8小时口服1.5～3mg/kg，每日剂量不超过150mg；9岁以上儿童一次100mg，每12小时1次。
不良反应
1.?常见的不良反应为消化道和中枢神经系统：头晕目眩、头痛失眠焦虑、幻觉、精神混乱，恶心，食欲减退、便秘、口鼻干。白细胞减少及粒细胞减少。?
2.?持续存在或比较顽固难以消失的不良反应有：注意力不集中，头晕目眩，易激动；食欲消失，恶心，神经质，皮肤出现紫红色网状斑点或网状青斑，睡眠障碍或恶梦等为常见；视力模糊，便秘，口、鼻及喉干，头痛，皮疹，经常疲劳或无力，呕吐等为少见或极少见。
3．?长期应用可出现足部或下肢肿胀，不能解释的呼吸短促，体重迅速增加（可能因出血性心力衰竭所致）。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。?癫痫患儿禁用。?麻疹流行期的小儿禁用。?新生儿和1岁以下婴儿禁用。
注意事项
1.?长期使用本品可能抑制唾液分泌，患者易发生龋齿、牙周病、口腔念珠菌病等。
2.?伴有下列情况的患儿应慎用本品：(1)反复发作的湿疹样皮疹。?(2)末梢性水肿。?(3)充血性心力衰竭患。?(4)精神病或严重神经官能症患。?(5)肾功能障碍。?
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存。
