适应症
预防和治疗肝性脑病；肝病或肝性脑病急性期的静脉营养；其他原因引起的营养不良的肠道外营养治疗。
用法用量
成人：根据病人的需要，每24小时可输注本品500～2000?ml。每日最大剂量：按体重，5%为一日50ml／kg；8.5%为一日29ml／kg；11.4%为一日23ml／kg，约合一日输入0.4g氮／kg。一般剂量为一日输人0.15－0.2g氮/kg。 新生儿和儿童：遵医嘱使用。本品5%与8.5%可经中心静脉或周围静脉输注，11.4%单独使用须经中心静脉输注，但与其它营养制剂混合使用也可经周围静脉输注。使用本品时输注速度应缓慢。一般本品5%1000ml的适宜输注时间为5～7小时，约每分钟35～50滴；本品8.5%或11.4%1000ml的适宜输注时间为至少8小时，约每分钟30～40滴。本品和脂肪轧注射液(如：英脱利匹特)可通过Y型营混合后输入体内。两种输液通过同一输液管输人静脉时，可降低本品的渗透压，从而减少经周围静脉输注而可能发生的血栓性静脉炎，同时应根据需要调整各溶液的滴速。为使氨基酸在体内被充分利用并合成蛋白质，应同时给子足够的能量(如：脂肪乳和葡萄糖注射用)、适量的电解质和微量元素以及维生素。一般情况下推荐的非蛋白热卡和氮之比为150：1。
不良反应
本品可致疹样过敏反应，一旦发生应停止用药。偶有恶心、呕吐、胸闷、心悸、发冷、发热或头痛等。
禁忌
严重肝肾功能不全、严重尿毒症患者和对氨基酸有代谢障碍的病人禁用。严重酸中毒、充血型心力衰竭患者慎用。
注意事项
1 应严格控制滴注速度。
2 本品系盐酸盐，大量输入可能导致酸碱失衡。大量应用或并用电解质输液时，应注意电解质与酸碱平衡。
3 用前必须详细检查药液，如发现瓶身有破裂、漏气、变色、发霉、沉淀、变质等异常现象时绝对不应使用。
4 遇冷可能出现结晶，可将药液加热到60℃，缓慢摇动使结晶完全溶解后再用。
5 开瓶药液一次用完，剩余药液不宜贮存再用。
