适应症
用于单纯疱疹性角膜炎、牛痘病毒性角膜炎和带状疱疹病毒感染。
用法用量
滴于结膜囊内，每1～2小时1次，每次1～2滴。
不良反应
可有畏光、局部充血、水肿、痒或疼痛等不良反应，也可发生过敏反应眼睑水肿。长期滴用，可引起接触性皮炎、点状角膜病变、滤泡性结膜炎、泪点闭塞等。
禁忌
对本品及碘制剂过敏的患者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品对单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型感染无效。2.可与睫状肌麻痹剂、抗生素及肾上腺皮质激素合用。激素能促使病毒感染扩散，故禁用于浅层角膜炎，但可用于实质性角膜炎、角膜水肿或虹膜炎。3.本品可以阻止角膜组织DNA的合成，故长期使用能损伤角膜上皮，影响溃疡的修复，使用时一般不宜超过3周，痊愈后继续使用一般不宜超过3～5日。频繁滴眼可致角膜上皮点状剥脱，且不能避免复发。

遮光，密闭，在凉处保存。
