适应症

本品仅适用于单一药物治疗不能有效控制血压，需要联合用药治疗的患者。

用法用量

口服，一次1-2片，一日一次;或遵医嘱.

不良反应

1.较常见的有:眩晕、头痛、疲乏、咳嗽，均轻微、短暂。
2.较少见的有:肌肉痉挛、恶心、乏力、直立性不适、阳痿、腹泻。
3.少见的有:昏厥、低血压、直立性低血压、心悸、心动过速;呕吐、消化不良、口干、便秘、失眠、神经过敏、感觉异常;皮疹、瘙痒;
4.罕有血管神经性水肿，如发生在喉部则可以致命，血管神经性水肿出现应立即停用本品，并迅速加以处理，皮下注射1:1000的肾上腺素注射液0.3-0.5ml。

禁忌

1.对本品任何成份过敏和以前用某种血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂治疗出现血管神经性水肿的病人，遗传性和特发性血管神经性水肿病史者禁用本品;
2.由于含氢氯噻嗪组分，本品禁用于无尿症或对磺胺类药物过敏的病人;
3.严重肾功能不全者禁用本品.

注意事项

1.对于心脏供血不足或有心脏血管疾病的病人，因强力利尿致严重血容量不足的病人应慎用，以防发生过度低血压，引起心肌梗塞，脑血管意外等。
2.对双、单侧肾动脉狭窄的病人有增加血尿和血清肌酐的可能。
3.肝功能不全或进行性肝疾病者慎用。
4.糖尿病、痛风、系统性红斑狼疮患者慎用。
5.预先使用利尿剂引起体液或钠盐缺少的病人在初用本品时易致症状性低血压。在开始使用本品时应停用利尿剂2-2天。
6.初治病人不作为首选药物。

贮藏

遮光、密封保存。
