适应症
滴虫性阴道炎和细菌性阴道病。
用法用量
每晚睡前，阴道给药，将外阴洗净，用干净手将栓剂塞入阴道深处，每晚一次，一次一枚，连续5-7天。
不良反应
偶见外阴灼痛、外阴肿胀、外阴皮肤瘙痒、外阴皮肤丘疹、外阴皮肤发红，偶见白带增多，白细胞下降。尽管本品全身吸收的量较低，但仍有少量吸收。因此需注意本品全身吸收的不良反应。奥硝唑全身用药的不良反应包括：
1.消化系统：包括恶心、轻度胃部不适、胃痛、口腔异味、转氨酶和胆红素升高等。
2.神经系统：包括头痛及困倦、眩晕、颤抖、四肢麻木、痉挛和精神错乱等。
3.过敏反应：如皮疹、瘙痒等。
4.局部反应：包括刺痛、疼痛等。
5.其它：白细胞减少、皮肤出血点、紫癜、腰部胀痛等。
禁忌
1.禁用于对本品及硝基咪唑类药物过敏的患者；
2.禁用于脑和脊髓发生病变的患者及癫痫患者。
3.禁用于器官硬化症、造血功能低下、慢性酒精中毒患者。
注意事项
1.治疗期间避免房事。
2.月经期间不宜用药。
3.若储存不当，本品软化或融化，可放入冰箱或冷水中待其冷却成形后使用，不影响疗效。
4.请将本品放在儿童不易触及处。
贮藏
遮光、密封，阴凉（不超过20℃）干燥处保存。
