适应症
适用于轻度至中度活动性溃疡性结肠炎。
用法用量
口服。成人每次2.25克(5粒)，一日3次，直至症状消失，一般疗程8周，最多服用12周。
不良反应
1.常见不良反应包括：腹痛、腹泻。
2.偶见：
(1)消化系统：恶心呕吐、食欲不振、便秘、消化不良、腹胀、口干、黄疸。
(2)呼吸系统：咳嗽、咽炎、鼻炎。
(3)其它：头痛、关节痛、肌痛、疲乏、失眠、泌尿系感染。
禁忌
1.对水杨酸、巴柳氮钠胶囊中任何成分或巴柳氮钠代谢物过敏的患者禁用。
2.严重肾功能不全患者禁用。
注意事项
1.患有幽门狭窄的患者可能会延长巴柳氮钠胶囊的胃中停留时间。
2.对已知肾功能障碍或有肾病史的患者和肝病患者应慎用。应定期监测患者的肾功能(如血清肌酐)，特别是在治疗初期。如患者在治疗期间出现肾功能障碍应怀疑本品与5-氨基水杨酸引起的中毒性肾损害，可能出现出血、青肿、咽喉痛和发热、心肌炎以及气短伴随的发热和胸痛。若出现上述不良反应应与医师联系，并停止治疗。
3.哮喘病患者慎用。

密封，置阴凉处。
