适应症

因雌激素不足引起的阴道萎缩；宫颈、阴道和外阴的粘膜部分因分娩、局部手术或物理疗法（如激光、冷冻或烧灼等）等引起损伤的迁延不愈，结痂延迟。

用法用量

阴道内用药，通常每日1粒，一个疗程20天。将湿润过的软胶囊放入阴道深部。尽管外观为油状，但胶囊内为可清洗的乳化剂。除非医生特别提示，一般都不需要每天进行阴道冲洗，用水和肥皂冲洗一次即可。特殊情况下，如在治疗前就有较多分泌物时，可用月经纸。如病因持续（如绝经、卵巢切除、使用雌-孕激素避孕）或者影响因素持续存在（如放射治疗），则有必要进行持续治疗。

不良反应

和所有雌激素类药物一样，该品可导致部分患者的不适反应，在个别病人中会出现刺激、瘙痒、过敏反应等。

禁忌

虽然此药在应用过程中未发生全身性效应，但作为应用任何雌激素的一项预防性措施，不提倡将此药应用于有雌激素依赖性癌症史的患者。

注意事项

请将本品置于儿童无法接触的地方。

密闭，在阴凉（不超过20℃）干燥处保存。
