适应症
外阴、前庭部及阴道环部的萎缩性病变。
用法用量
阴道内用药，每日1-2次。根据医嘱的时间，将足量的乳膏涂满需要治疗部位的表面。如病因持续（例如绝经、卵巢切除、使用雌-孕激素避孕），或者影响因素持续存在（如放射治疗），则有必要进行持续治疗。
不良反应
和月有药物一样，该产品可导致部分患者的不适反应，在个别病人中会出现刺激、瘙痒、过敏反应等。
禁忌
虽然在此药物的应用过程中，没有发生全身性效应，但作为应用任何雌激素的一项预防措施，不提倡将此药物应用干有雌激素依赖性癌病史的患者。
