适应症
本品可用于辅助治疗冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗死、视网膜动、静脉阻塞、突发性耳聋及缺血性脑血管病、小儿病毒性心肌炎、糖尿病等。
用法用量
静脉滴注:每次200~400mg ，加入葡萄糖注射液500 ml中滴注，一日一次，10-20天为一个疗程，可连续使用2-3个疗程.
不良反应
1.个别病人在用药开始时出现暂时性的腹胀、恶心等消化道反应，继续用药可自行消失。|2.极少数病人用药后有皮疹、发热等过敏现象，立即停药或对症治疗后，可恢复正常。|3.偶见急性血管内溶血:寒战、发热、黄疸、腰痛、尿色加深等。
禁忌
1.严重肝、肾损害、心衰及其它严重器质性疾病患者禁用。|2.有出血倾向者慎用。|3.对本药过敏或过敏体质者禁用。
注意事项
1.有出血倾向者慎用。|2.本品长期低温(10℃以下)存放，可能析出结晶，此时可将安瓿置温水中，待结晶溶解后仍可使用。|3.血容量不足者应在短期内补足血容量后使用本品。|4.合并糖尿病患者，应用生理盐水稀释本品后静滴。|5.使用本品者应定期监测胆红素、网织红细胞、血红蛋白及尿常规。|6.出现寒战、发热、黄疸、腰痛、尿色加深等症状者，需立即停药，及时治疗。

遮光，密闭保存。
