适应症
1 .治疗静脉、淋巴功能不全相关的各种症状（如静脉性水肿、软组织肿胀、四肢沉重、麻木、疼痛、晨起酸胀不适感、血栓性静脉炎及肠系膜上静脉血栓形成、深静脉血栓形成综合症等）。 2. 治疗急性痔发作的各种症状（如痔静脉曲张引起的肛门潮湿、瘙痒、便血、疼痛等内外痔的急性发作症状）。
用法用量
1. 服药剂量：常用剂量为每日2片；当用于治疗急性痔发作时，前四天每日6片，以后三天，每日4片。 2. 服用方法：将每日剂量平均分为两次于午餐和晚餐时服用。
不良反应
有少数轻微胃肠反应和植物神经紊乱的报告，但未致必须中断治疗。
禁忌
对本品任何成份过敏者禁用。
注意事项
急性痔发作：用本品治疗不能替代处理其它肛门疾病所需的特殊治疗。本治疗方法必须是短期的。如果症状不能迅速消除，应进行肛肠病学检查并对本治疗方案进行重新审查。
贮藏
室温密封保存。
