适应症
用于诊断及治疗为目的的散瞳和调节麻痹剂。
用法用量
眼部用药。1.散瞳检查：本品滴入结膜囊，一次1滴，间隔5分钟再滴第2次。本品滴眼后5-10分钟开始散瞳，15-20分钟瞳孔散得最大。约维持一个半小时后开始恢复，5-10小时瞳孔恢复至滴药前水平。2.屈光检查：应用本品每5分钟滴眼一次，连续滴4次，20分钟后可作屈光检查。
不良反应
偶见眼局部刺激症状。亦可使开角型青光眼患者眼压暂时轻度升高。
禁忌
对本品过敏者和闭角型青光眼患者禁用
注意事项
1.有眼压升高因素的前房角狭窄、浅前房者慎用，必要时测量眼压或用缩瞳药。
2.高血压、动脉硬化、冠状动脉供血不足、糖尿病、甲状腺机能亢进者慎用。
3.出现过敏症状或眼压升高应停用。
4.本品滴眼有作用强、起效快、持续时间短的特点，但瞳孔散大后约有5～10小时的畏光及近距离阅读困难的现象。
5.滴眼后应压迫泪囊部2～3分钟，以防经鼻黏膜吸收过多引发全身不良反应。
6.溶液变色或有沉淀时勿再使用。
7.不适于12岁以下的少年儿童散瞳验光。(运动员慎用)
贮藏
遮光，密封，在阴凉处（不超过20℃）保存
