适应症
本品对于不能口服或经肠道补给营养，以及营养不能满足需要的患者，可静脉输注本品以满足机体合成蛋白质的需要。
用法用量
1.成人：根据病人的需要，每24小时可输注500-1000mL。每日最大剂量：按体重，5%为一日50mL/kg;8.5%为一日29mL/kg;11.4%为一日23mL/kg，约合0.4g氮/kg。一般剂量为一日输入0.15-0.2g氮/kg。|2.新生儿和儿童：遵医嘱使用。|3.本品5%与8.5%可经中心静脉或周围静脉输注，11.4%单独应用须经中心静脉输注，但与其它营养制剂混合使用也可经周围静脉输注。使用本品时输注速度应缓慢。一般本品5%1000mL适宜输注时间为5-7小时，约每分钟35-50滴;本品8.5%或11.4%1000mL的适宜输注时间至少是8小时，约每分钟30-40滴。|4.本品和脂肪乳注射液(英脱利匹特)可通过Y型管混合后输入体内。两种输液通过同一输液管输入静脉时，可降低本品的渗透压，从而减少经周围静脉输注而可能发生的血栓性静脉炎，同时应根据需要调整各溶液的滴速。|5.为使氨基酸在体内被充分利用并合成蛋白质，应同时给予足够的能量(如：脂肪输注射液和葡萄糖注射液)?适量的电解质和微量元素以及维生素。一般情况下推荐的非蛋白热卡和氮之比为150：1。
不良反应
1.极个别病人可能会出现恶心、面部潮红、多汗。同所有高渗溶液一样，从周围静脉输注时(尤其是本品11.4%)有可能会导致血栓性静脉炎。本品输注过快或给肝肾功能不全患者使用时，有可能导致高氨血症和血浆尿素氮的升高。2.由于含有抗氧化剂焦亚硫酸钠，因此偶有可能会诱发过敏反应(尤其是在哮喘病人)。
禁忌
肝昏迷和无条件透析的尿毒症患者以及对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.肝肾功能不全者慎用。2.开瓶后一次未使用完的药液应予丢弃，不得再次使用。
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存 (置5～25℃)。
