适应症
本品适用于各种类型的肝病，如:肝炎，肝坏死，肝硬化，肝昏迷（包括前驱肝昏迷）。脂肪肝（也见于糖尿病人）。胆汁阻塞。中毒。预防胆石症复发。手术前后的治疗，尤其是肝胆手术。妊娠中毒，包括呕吐。银屑病，神经性皮炎。
用法用量
多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液每安瓿5ml即可静脉注射也可静脉输注。 1.静脉注射:除了医生处方外，成人和青少年一般每日缓慢静注1-2安瓿，严重病例每日注射2-4安瓿。一次可同时注射两安瓿的量。只可使用澄清的溶液。不可与其他任何注射液混合注射。 2.静脉输注:除了医生处方外，严重病例每天输注2-4安瓿。如需要，每天剂量可增加至6-8安瓿。严禁用电解质溶液(生理氯化钠溶液，林格液等)稀释!若要配置静脉输液，只能不含电解质的葡萄糖溶液稀释(如:5%/10%葡萄糖溶液;5%木糖醇溶液)!若用其他输液配制，混合液PH值不得低于7.5，配制好的溶液在输注过程中保持澄清。只可使用澄清的溶液!在进行静脉注射或静脉输注治疗时，建议尽早用口服多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊进行治疗。 3.OPC安瓿的使用。手执安瓿，使色点向上。摇动安瓿，使顶部残留的液体流下。手执安瓿，使色点向上。折断安瓿顶端。
不良反应
极少数病人可能对本品中所含的苯甲醇产生过敏反应。
禁忌
由于本品中含有苯甲醇，新生儿和早产儿禁用。
注意事项
1.只可使用澄清的溶液。
2.缓慢静脉注射。
3.制剂中含有苯甲醇(见“不良反应”和“禁忌症”)。
4.给予新生儿或早产儿含有苯甲醇的制剂可导致致命性的“喘息综合征”。
5.注射液中含有苯甲醇，而因为苯甲醇可能穿过胎盘，孕妇应该慎用本品。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
