适应症
本品主要适用于室性心律失常，包括室性早搏及室性心动过速。
用法用量
1.口服。剂量应个体化，在应用本品前，应停用其他抗心律失常药物1～2个半衰期。|2.成人常用量150～300mg，每8小时一次，极量为每日900mg。
不良反应
1.有头晕、恶心、头痛、乏力、嗜睡、腹痛、消化不良、呕吐、出汗、感觉异常、口干、复视等。|2.致心律失常作用的发生率约3.7%。
禁忌
1.Ⅱ或Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞及双束支传导阻滞且无起搏器者应禁用。|2.禁用于心源性休克与过敏者。
注意事项
1.由于CAST试验证实本品在心肌梗死后无症状的非致命性室性心律失常病人中可增加两周内的死亡率，长期应用也未见到对改善生存有益，故应慎用于此类病人。|2.注意促心律失常作用与原有心律失常加重的鉴别。用药早期最好能进行监测。|3.下列情况应慎用：|(1)Ⅰ度房室阻滞和室内阻滞。|(2)肝或肾功能不全。|(3)严重心衰。|4.用药期间应注意随访检查： 血压；心电图； 肝功能。

遮光，密闭保存。
