适应症
本品用于精神分裂症。
用法用量
本品口服：开始剂量为每日34-68mg(1-2粒)，分二次服用。以后可根据病情逐渐递增，最大用量一般每日不超过340mg(10粒)，分2-4次服用。
不良反应
常见的有震颤、肌强直流涎、静坐不能、吞咽困难等帕金森氏症样反应、但症状通常不严重、减少丁二酸洛沙平用量或加用常规剂量的胆碱等药物治疗可控制、不需要中断治疗可控制。治疗早期或增加剂量时可能会出现轻度嗜睡、但随着用药时间的延长会自行消失。长期治疗或停药时可出现迟发性运动障碍、特别是老年人、高剂量治疗及女性病人。还可见头晕、头痛、失眠、口干、便秘、癫痫样发作和肝功能异常。心动过速、高血压、低血压、ECG变化、皮疹、恶心、呕吐、尿潴留、意识混乱状态、药源性恶性症侯群有过报导。血液等改变、如白细胞减少、罕见。
禁忌
本品禁用于青光眼、癫痫、严重心血管疾病、昏迷、半昏迷、尿潴留及由酒精、巴比妥类和麻醉剂等导致的抑郁状态的患者。对本品及二苯骈氧氮杂7644;类药物过敏者、孕妇、哺乳期妇女及16岁以下儿童禁用。
注意事项
1.丁二酸洛沙平和其他的抗精神病药一样，可能影响人的精神和体力，尤其是治疗的早期。所以在用药期间必须提醒病人在活动时应注意安全，并不要饮酒。
2.对有抽搐史或惊厥史、心血管疾患及排尿不畅者，应慎用。
3.长期应用此药时，应定期作眼底、心电图检查。
4.过量或中毒时，会出现抑郁、低血压、呼吸抑制、意识不清、震颤、抽搐、肾功能衰竭等现象，应及时进行洗胃、透析等对症及支持治疗；禁用中枢兴奋剂；出现低血压时禁用肾上腺素。
