适应症
适用于胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、应激性溃疡、反流性食管炎和卓-艾综合征（胃泌素瘤）。
用法用量
奥美拉唑使用过量，会出现视物模糊、意识模糊、嗜睡、头痛、口干、颜面潮红、恶心及心动过速或心律不齐等症状。本药物不宜经过透析清除，如意外过量服用，应该立即处理。
不良反应
尚不明确。
禁忌
婴幼儿、严重肾功能不全者、过敏者禁用奥美拉唑。肾功能不全者，应该慎用。
注意事项
1? 治疗胃溃疡时，应首先排除溃疡型胃癌的可能，因用本品治疗可减轻其症状，从而延误 治疗；|2? 肝肾功能不全者慎用；|3? 本品为肠溶胶囊，服用时注意不要嚼碎，以免药物在胃内过早释放而影响疗效。
贮藏
密封，在阴凉干燥处保存。
