适应症
用于急、慢性胃炎缓解症状。
用法用量
口服。一日3次，一次1粒，饭前温开水吞服或遵医嘱，疗程不得过2周。
不良反应
1.少量病人服用后可有食欲减退、恶心等。|2.偶有听力减退、耳鸣、眩晕，偶有肾功能损伤和少尿。|3.偶有皮疹、荨麻疹等过敏反应。|4.偶见有正铁血红蛋白血症引起缺氧。
禁忌
对硫酸庆大霉素或其它氨基糖苷类抗生素、普鲁卡因过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品应在医生指导下使用，并不宜长期应用。|2.如患者具有明显的警戒症状，如消瘦、贫血或大便潜血阳性等应及时去医院做详细检查。|3.失水、第8对脑神经损害、重症肌无力或帕金森病、肾功能损害患者慎用。|4.对其它氨基糖苷类抗生素如链霉素、阿米卡星等过敏的患者，也可能对本品过敏。|5.对其它氨基糖苷类抗生素如妥布霉素、西索米星等耐药的细菌，也可能对本品耐药。|6.长期或大剂量服用本品的慢性肠道感染的患者应注意出现肾毒性或耳毒性的可能。|7.长期或大剂量服用本品宜定期进行尿常规、肾功能、听力检查或听电图测定。|8.常期服用本品可能导致肠道菌群紊乱。|9.本品有局部止痛作用，可能掩盖胃癌症状。

遮光，密封保存。
