适应症
适用于敏感菌所致的呼吸道感染、胃肠道感染、尿路感染、软组织感染、心内膜炎、脑膜炎、败血症等。也可用于化脓性链球菌或肺炎球菌与耐青霉素葡萄球菌所致的混合感染。
用法用量
1?.肌内注射。一次?0.5?～?1.0g?，一日?3?～?4?次，每瓶加灭菌注射用水?2?～?4ml?溶解，深部肌肉注射。
2?.静脉滴注。每日?2?～?4g?，分?2?～?4?次给药，可与各种输液配伍，但如与葡萄糖输液配伍，宜较快速度滴注，半小时内滴完，以免药效降低。儿童按体重一日?20?～?40mg/kg?，分次给药。
不良反应
1、本品不良反应与青霉素相仿，以过敏反应较为常见。最常见的反应为皮疹，多发生于用药后5天，呈荨麻疹或斑丘疹；亦可发生间质性肾炎；过敏性休克偶见，一旦发生，必须就地抢救。?
2、粒细胞和血小板减少偶见于应用氨苄西林钠的病人。?3、抗生素相关性肠炎少见。?
4、少数病人出现血清转氨酶升高及淤胆型黄疸。?
5、婴儿应用氨苄西林钠后可出现颅内压增高，表现为前卤隆起。
禁忌
1.?有青霉素类药物过敏史或青霉素皮肤试验阳性患者禁用。
2.?哺乳期妇女禁用。
注意事项
1.?应用本品前需详细询问药物过敏史并进行青霉素皮肤试验。
2.?对一种青霉素过敏患者可能对其他青霉素类药物和青霉胺过敏。
3.?有哮喘、湿疹、枯草热、荨麻疹等过敏性疾病患者应慎用本品。
4.?本品降低患者胆红素与血清蛋白结合能力，新生儿尤其是有黄疸者慎用本品。
5.?传染性单核细胞增多症、巨细胞病毒感染、淋巴细胞白血病、淋巴瘤患者应用本品时易发生皮疹，宜避免使用。
6.?本品须新鲜配制。

密闭，在干燥处保存。
