适应症
1.呼吸道感染:上呼吸道感染、细菌性肺炎、支气管炎等； 2.泌尿系统感染:膀胱炎、尿道炎、肾盂肾炎、前列腺炎等； 3.消化道感染:细菌性痢疾等； 4.耳鼻喉感染:急性咽炎、扁桃体炎、中耳炎、鼻窦炎等； 5.皮肤、软组织感染； 6.淋病。
用法用量
将本品置于舌上，约半分钟左右药片崩解完全，吞咽即可，不需用水送服，口舌略加运动可以加速药片崩解，进一步缩短服药过程。成人每日3次，每次0.75g。治疗淋病：一次口服4.5g。
不良反应
1.本品不良反应与氨苄西林相仿，以过敏反应较为常见。皮疹是最常见的反应，多发生于用药后5天，呈荨麻疹或斑丘疹；亦可发生间质性肾炎；过敏性休克偶见。
2.胃肠道反应如舌炎、胃炎、恶心、呕吐、肠炎、腹泻及轻度腹泻等也较多见。
3.粒细胞和血小板减少偶见于应用氨苄西林的病人。抗生素相关性肠炎少见，少数病人出现血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)升高。
禁忌
1.对青霉素类、头孢菌素类药物过敏者或青霉素皮肤试验阳性患者禁用。
2.尿酸性肾结石、痛风急性发作、活动性消化道溃疡患者禁用。
3.2岁以下小儿禁用。
注意事项
1.肝、肾功能不全患者不宜服用本品。血液生化与血象异常患者慎用。
2.应用本品前需详细询问药物过敏史并进行西林皮肤试验。
3.传染性单核细胞增多症、巨细胞病毒感染、淋巴细胞白血病、淋巴瘤患者应用本品时易发生皮疹，宜避免使用。
4.一旦发生过敏性休克，必须就地抢救，予以保持气道畅通、吸氧及给用肾上腺素、糖皮质激素等治疗措施。
贮藏
密封，置阴凉处。
