适应症
用于血氨过多所致的肝性脑病、肝昏迷及其他精神症状。
用法用量
静脉滴注。一次11.5g，一日不超过23g，用5%葡萄糖注射液稀释后缓慢滴注。
不良反应
1.大量谷氨酸钠治疗肝性脑病时，可导致严重的碱中毒与低钾血症，原因在于钠的吸收过多，因此在治疗过程中须严密监测电解质浓度。
2.输液太快，可出现流涎、脸红、呕吐等症状。
3.过敏的先兆可有面部潮红、头痛与胸闷等症状出现。
4.小儿可有震颤。
5.合并焦虑状态的患者用后可出现晕厥、心动过速及恶心等反应。
禁忌
少尿、尿闭禁用。
注意事项
1.肾功能不全者慎用。
2.用药期间应注意电解质平衡，可能时测血二氧化碳结合力及钾、钠、氯含量。
3.用于肝昏迷时，与谷氨酸钾合用，二者比例一般为3：1或2：1，钾低时为1：1。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
