适应症
本品用于阵发性室上性心动过速。
用法用量
盐酸关附甲素注射液剂量4mg/kg，用5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液稀释至20ml后静脉注射，注射时间5分钟。若第一剂无效，可在15分钟后给予第二剂，剂量及用法同前。总量不超过8mg/kg。
不良反应
1.在已经进行的临床试验中，盐酸关附甲素的不良反应较少并轻微。最常见的是口唇、舌、口周、手发麻，发生率3.0～17.1%;其次为头晕、头痛、恶心，发生率1.0～3.9%;静脉注射处发麻、疼痛，发生率0.7～2.0%。|2.其它的不良反应发生率均小于2%，多数不足1%，包括胸闷、心前区不适;发热感，面部潮红;乏力;室上性心动过速终止后出现窦性心动过缓，窦停，I度房室阻滞，交界区逸搏;血压下降;腹泻;颈项硬感;皮疹。
禁忌
1.禁用于已知对本品过敏者。|2.本品禁用于静息心率＜50次/分，或病窦综合征，或Ⅰ度以上房室传导阻滞的患者。
注意事项
1.本品必须在医生的指导下应用。|2.本品在目前完成的临床试验中并未取得在心功能>Ⅱ级和急性心肌缺血中使用的证据，在这些情况中使用的疗效和安全性尚待证实。|3.本品慎用于心电图有完全性左束支或右束支或室内传导阻滞者，特别是新近发生者。|4.静息或发作心动过速时血压低于90/60mmHg者慎用。|5.本品的临床试验中排除了正在应用或停服其它抗心律失常和影响心脏电生理的药物不足5个半衰期的患者。因此若用于正在使用这些药物的患者应谨慎，应该从小剂量开始使用，注意药物相互作用。|6.本品在电解质紊乱和酸碱平衡失调时的应用效
