适应症
用于颅脑外伤及脑血管疾病（脑供血不足、脑梗塞）后遗症伴有记忆减退及注意力集中障碍的症状改善。
用法用量
静脉滴注。一次100-300ml（1瓶～3瓶），一日1次或遵医嘱。缓慢滴注（约60-120分钟滴完）。可连续使用，10-14天为一疗程。
不良反应
本品一般耐受性良好。体内及体外实验、毒理实验均显示无任何潜在的致畸、致敏或致癌作用。注射过快会有轻度热感，极少数病例会出现寒颤、轻度发热，且多与病人体质有关。迄今尚未发现用药后持久的不良反应或危及生命的病例。大剂量使用时，少数病例因注射过快会引起发热。
禁忌
以下情况禁用： 1.对本药任一成份过敏者。 2.癫痫持续状态。 3.癫痫大发作，此时用药可能增加发作频率。 4.严重肾功能不良者。
注意事项
过敏体质患者慎用。一旦出现过敏反应者，应立即停药，并及时治疗。使用本品期间，如出现任何不良事件和/或不良反应，请咨询医生；同时使用其他药品，请告知医生。请放置于儿童不能够触及的地方。当药品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
贮藏
密闭，在凉暗处（避光并不超过20℃）保存。
