适应症
用于肝癌、食管癌、胃和贲门癌、肺癌等及白细胞低下症、亦可作为癌瘤术前用药或用于联合化疗中。保肝作用:治疗肝炎，肝硬化及乙肝病毒携带者。对癌细胞大量杀伤，对正常细胞影响小。能有效降低放、化疗对造血系统的损伤，促进白细胞生成，提高放、化疗对癌细胞的敏感性。给药方式:既可单独化疗，也可联合用药高效低毒，疗效显著，且无明显泌尿系刺激作用，对心、肝、肾及骨髓无不良影响。
用法用量
多途径给药:静脉给药、肝动脉插管、瘤内注射。1.静脉滴注。一次0.01g～0.03g(1～3瓶)，一日1～2次，缓慢滴注，或遵医嘱。1个月为1个疗程，一般持续2～3个疗程。2.瘤内注射。一次10～30mg，每周1次，4次为1个疗程，可持续4个疗程。
不良反应
一次注射量若超过30mg，部分患者出现恶心、呕吐等消化道症状
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.静脉给药时,注意避免药液漏出血管壁外。
2.瘤内注射时,防止药液溢出瘤体外。
3.少数患者使用本品可能出现体温增高,使用高剂量应注意体温的改变。若体温升高,可对症处理。
