适应症
本品可用于辅助治疗冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗死、视网膜动、静脉阻塞、突发性耳聋及缺血性脑血管病、小儿病毒性心肌炎、糖尿病等。
用法用量
静脉滴注:0.4～0.6g/次，每日1次，15天为一疗程。
不良反应
1.少数病人在用药开始时出现暂时性腹胀、恶心等反应，继续用药可自行消失。|2.极少数病人用药后有皮疹、发热等过敏现象，立即停药或对症治疗后，可恢复正常。|3.偶见急性血管内溶血:寒战、发热、黄疸、腰痛、尿色加深等。
禁忌
1.严重肝、肾损害、心衰及其他严重器质性疾病患者禁用。|2.有出血倾向者慎用。|3.对本药过敏或过敏体质者禁用。
注意事项
1.使用本品者应定期监测胆红素、网织红细胞、血红蛋白及尿常规。|2.出现寒战、发热、黄疸、腰痛、尿色加深等症状者，需立即停药，及时治疗。|3.血容量不足者应在短期内补足血容量后使用本品。|4.本品使用前请详细检查，如有溶液混浊、封口松动、袋身破裂、渗漏者，请勿使用。|5.葛根素在低温下易析出，使用前仔细检查，如有析出物，室温25℃左右溶解澄清后使用。

遮光，密闭保存。
