适应症
用于各种原因引起的叶酸缺乏及叶酸缺乏所致的巨幼红细胞贫血。
用法用量
1.用注射用水1-2ml溶解后（浓度为≤15mg/mL）肌内注射。每日5～10mg，或遵医嘱。|2.通常用药3～4周即可纠正贫血。
不良反应
1.不良反应较少，罕见过敏反应。|2.长期用药可以出现厌食、恶心、腹胀等肠胃症状。|3.大剂量给药时，可使尿呈黄色。
禁忌
对本品及其代谢产物过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.维生素B12缺乏引起的巨幼细胞贫血禁忌单用叶酸治疗。|2.肌内注射时，不宜与维生素B1，维生素B2，维生素C同管注射。|3.大剂量使用叶酸后，可以影响微量元素锌的吸收。|4.营养性巨幼红细胞性贫血常合并缺铁，如经叶酸治疗后红细胞及血红蛋白升到一定水平后仍未达正常，应同时补充铁，并补充蛋白质及其他B族维生素。|5.缺铁性贫血及伴有维生素B12缺乏的病人，不单独用叶酸，因纠正贫血的同时会加重维生素B12缺乏所致的神经系统症状。|6.除非患肠道吸收不良的病人之外，一般不用维持治疗。
