适应症
柄品用于。1. 缓解由手术、外伤、慢性副鼻窦炎、乳汁淤积等所引起的肿胀。2. 治疗由支气管炎、肺炎、支气管哮喘、支气管扩张等所引起的痰液粘稠、咯痰困难。3. 也可用于麻醉术后的痰液黏稠、咯痰困难。
用法用量
口服。成人一次10mg（一片），一日3次，餐后整片吞服。可根据年龄和症状适当增减。?
不良反应
本品偶见以下不良反应：1. 过敏反应：如皮疹、瘙痒、皮肤潮红等；2. 消化道反应：如食欲不振、胃部不适、恶心、呕吐、腹泻等。3. 其他：如鼻出血、痰中带血等出血症状，以及出现黄疸、谷氨酸草酰乙酸转氨酶(AST)?谷氨酸丙酮酸转氨酶(ALT)?碱性磷酸酶(ALP)?γ-谷氨酸丙酮酸转氨酶(γ-GTP)等上升。?
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1. 既往有药物过敏史者、凝血功能障碍、严重肝、肾功能不全者慎用。2. 若有不良反应发生，应停止用药，并进行适当处理。3. 本品为肠溶片，应整片吞服，请勿咀嚼。?
