适应症
用于风湿性和类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、痛风、运动系统(如：关节、肌肉及肌腱)的镇痛消炎。亦用于多种疾病引起的疼痛的对症治疗。
用法用量
每日一次，一次1～2片，或遵医嘱。
不良反应

禁忌
胃肠溃疡及胃肠道活动性炎症的患者禁用，对本品或本品中其他成份过敏者禁用。因服用非甾体抗炎镇痛药发生哮喘、鼻炎、鼻息肉者禁用。
注意事项
(1)交叉过敏。对阿司匹林或其他非甾体抗炎药过敏者，对本品也过敏。(2)对诊断的干扰：可影响尿5-羟吲哚醋酸(5-HIAA)及17-酮类固醇的测定值。(3)下列情况应慎用：有凝血机制或血小板功能障碍时、哮喘、青光眼、心功能不全或高血压、肝肾功能不全。(4)长期用药应定期进行肝、肾功能、血象及眼科检查，须根据患者对药物的反应而调整剂量，一般应用最低的有效量。(5)饮酒同时服用本品，胃肠道的不良反应增多。
贮藏
遮光，阴凉干燥处、密闭保存。
