适应症
适用于急性心梗后继发左心室衰竭，各种不同病因所致左心室衰竭及严重或不稳定型心绞痛。
用法用量
剂量：剂量需根据病人的反应而调节，正常剂量为每小时2～7毫克硝酸异山梨酯，但需要时亦可增加至每小时10毫克。推荐浓度：将50毫克注射用硝酸异山梨酯与适当输注液如氯化钠注射液或葡萄糖注射液混合总量至500毫升，其浓度为100μg/ml。因减低液体摄入量而需要较高浓度，可用100毫克注射用硝酸异山梨酯与输注液混合总量至500毫升，其浓度为200?g/ml。本品打开后应立即加入输注液中，混合时应在无菌条件下操作。静脉滴注开始剂量为30?g/分，观察0.5～1小时，如无不良反应可将剂量加倍。每日一次，10天为一疗程。注射用硝酸异山梨酯剂量表：推荐浓度此剂量表显示输注液要达到指定mg/hr的流速。与适当稀释液如氯化钠注射液或葡萄糖注射液等混合后用于静脉滴注并利用输液装置或输液泵点滴。用药期间，必须密切监察病人脉搏及血压。
不良反应
1、与其它硝酸盐类药物一样，在使用本品过程中会出现头痛，恶心及心动过速等症状。2、因体循环动脉压明显下降，可引起脑供血不足及冠脉灌注减少的情况，但临床经验显示上述情况并不常见，这与本品对静脉系统的血管扩张作用强于对动脉系统的作用是一致的。
禁忌
尚不明确。
注意事项
1、应用本品时必须密切监察脉搏及血压，以便及时调整剂量。2、下列情况慎用：近期心肌梗塞，肥厚梗阻型心肌病、甲状腺功能低下、营养不良、严重肝脏、严重肾脏疾病或低温的病人。3、用药期间宜保持卧位，站起时应缓慢、以防突发体位性低血压。4、长期连续用药可产生耐受性，故不宜长期连续用药。

遮光，密闭，在阴凉处(不超过20℃)保存。
