适应症

用于治疗与绝经期有关的雌激素缺乏引起的症状。如：潮热、出汗、睡眠障碍、头晕、生殖器萎缩、萎缩性阴道炎、阴道干涩等。并预防绝经后加速骨质丢失而致的骨质疏松。

用法用量

外用：揭除贴片上的保护膜后立即贴于清洁干燥、无外伤的下腹部或臀部皮肤。一个周期的前2周用雌二醇缓释贴片（欧适可 5mg/11cm2），每周二次（即3-4日1次），每次一片。在后二周使用本品，每周二次（即3-4日1次），每次一片。最后一片本品取下后马上贴上雌二醇缓释贴片（欧适可）。贴片的部位应经常更换，同一部位皮肤不宜连续贴两次，不可贴于乳房部位。

不良反应

1.常见暂时性红斑、贴敷局部伴有瘙痒或不伴有瘙痒的刺激感、乳房不适、头痛。偶见全身瘙痒、皮疹、过敏性皮炎、贴敷处可逆性皮炎后色素沉着、阴道大出血、月经时间变化、停经、经前期综合征、阴道点滴出血或闭经、腹痛、恶心、胀气、偏头痛。
2.偶见静脉曲张加剧、血栓性静脉炎、血压升高、水肿或体重改变。
3.罕见头晕。

禁忌

1.疑有或患有乳腺肿瘤患者禁用;
2.疑有或患有雌激素依赖性的肿瘤患者禁用;
3.原因不明的阴道不规则出血者禁用;
4.活动性血栓性静脉炎或血栓栓塞患者禁用;
5.有因服用雌激素而致血栓性静脉炎或血栓形成等病史的患者及子宫内膜异位症患者禁用;
6.严重肝损害者禁用。

注意事项

1.用药前及用药期间应定期体检：包括血压、乳房、腹部及盆腔器官以及宫颈细胞涂片等。
2.有乳腺癌家族史、或有乳腺结节、乳腺囊性纤维症及乳房X线像异常者、严重高血压及心肾功能不全者、脑血管或冠状动脉疾患者、哮喘、皮肤过敏、癫痫、偏头痛、糖尿病或抑郁症患者慎用。
3.本品应放在儿童不能触及处。

贮藏

密封，置阴凉处。
