适应症
本品可用于治疗由敏感菌引起的下列感染：呼吸道感染、外科感染、泌尿道感染、耳鼻喉感染、腹膜炎、胆囊炎、胆管炎和其它腹内感染;败血症、皮肤及软组织感染;盆腔炎、子宫内膜炎、淋病及生殖器感染等及由分枝杆菌引起的各种结核病症。
用法用量
1.静脉滴注。|(1)成人:一般感染一次500mg，配于5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中，一日2次;中重度感染:一次1000mg，配于5%葡萄糖注射液500ml中，一日2次，滴速不宜过快。|(2)小儿:用量为一日10～30mg/kg体重，一日2次或遵医嘱。|2.静脉推注。成人:1次500mg，一日2～3次。 缓慢推注。
不良反应
1.滴注过快时可出现暂时性巩膜或皮肤黄染。|2.少数病人可出现一过性肝脏损害、黄疸及肾损害。|3.其他不良反应有恶心、食欲不振及眩晕，偶见耳鸣及听力下降、过敏性皮炎等。
禁忌
1.有肝病或肝损害者禁用。|2.对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.长期应用本品，偶见ALT轻度增高，停药后一般可自行恢复。|2.本品不宜与其他药物混合使用，以免药物析出。|3.用药后病人尿液呈红色，属于正常现象。|4.与异烟肼合用，对结核菌有协同抗菌作用，但对肝毒性亦增加。 |5.用药期间应检查肝功能。|6.孕妇及哺乳期妇女慎用。|7.肝功能不全、胆道梗阻、慢性酒精中毒者应用本品应适当减量。
贮藏
密封，在阴暗处保存。
