适应症
本品用于诊断心肌缺血的药物实验。
用法用量
用5%或10%葡萄糖注射液稀释后静脉滴注。给药速度0.142mg/(kg・min)， 静滴共4分钟。
不良反应
常见的不良反应有头晕、头痛、呕吐、腹泻、脸红、皮疹和瘙痒，罕见心绞痛和肝功能不全。不良反应持续或不能耐受者少见，停药后可消除。
禁忌
对双嘧达莫过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.可引起外周血管扩张，故低血压患者应慎用。
2.不宜与葡萄糖以外的其他药物混合注射。
3.与肝素合用可引起出血倾向。
4.有出血倾向患者慎用。
贮藏
密封、阴凉储存。
