适应症
⑴用于乳腺癌、消化道肿瘤（包括原发性和转移性肿瘤、胆道肿瘤和胰腺癌）、卵巢癌和原发性支气管肺癌的辅助化疗和姑息治疗；⑵为治疗恶性葡萄胎和绒毛膜上皮癌的主要化疗药物；⑶头颈部恶性肿瘤。
用法用量
静脉滴注，成人常用量每日氟尿嘧啶0.5～1g，每3～4周连用5日；也可每周用一次，每次氟尿嘧啶0.5～0.75g，连用2-4周后休息2周作为一疗程。滴注速度请遵医嘱。联合化疗，常用的有：①丝裂霉素、氟尿嘧啶和长春新碱（MFO），用于消化道腺癌；②环磷腺胺、甲氨蝶呤和氟尿嘧啶（CMF）、用于乳腺癌；③氟尿嘧啶、阿霉素、丝裂霉素（FAM）或氟尿嘧啶、阿霉素和亚硝脲类（CCNU或甲基CCNU），用于胃癌或胆道系统和胰腺癌。具体联合化疗方案应由临床医生制定推荐，请遵医嘱。
不良反应
（1）恶心、食欲减退或呕吐，一般剂量多不严重。偶见口腔黏膜炎或溃疡、腹部不适或腹泻，周围血白细胞减少常见（大多在疗程开始后2～3周达最低点，约在3～4周恢复正常），血小板减少罕见，极少见咳嗽、气急或小脑共济失调等，脱发或注入药物的静脉上色素沉着相当多见。|（2）静脉滴注处药物外溢可引起局部疼痛、坏死或蜂窝组织炎。|（3）长期应用可导致神经系统毒性。|（4）偶见用药后心肌缺血，可出现心绞痛和心电图的变化。
禁忌
（1）孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。（2）当伴有水痘或带状疱疹时禁用本品。（3）严重营养不良骨髓功能低下，严重感染或对氟尿嘧啶过敏患者禁止使用本品。
注意事项
（1）本品在动物实验中有致畸和致癌性，但在人类，其致突、致畸和致癌性均明显低于氮芥类或其他细胞毒性药物，长期应用本品可致发生第2个原发性肿瘤的危险也比氮芥等烷化剂为小。（2）除有意识的单用本品较小剂量作放射增敏剂外，一般不宜和放射治疗同用。（3）用法为静脉滴注，由于本品具有神经毒性，不可用作鞘内注射。（4）开始治疗前及疗程中应每周定期检查周围血象。（5）有下列情况者慎用本品：①肝功能明显异常；②周围血白细胞计数低于3500/mm3、血小板低于5万/mm3者；③感染、出血（包括皮下和胃肠道）或发热超过38℃者；④明显胃肠道梗阻；⑤失水或/和酸碱、电解质平衡失调者。

遮光，密闭保存。
