适应症
用于缓解慢性特发性荨麻疹及常年性过敏性鼻炎的全身及局部症状。
用法用量
1～5岁儿童：口服，每日一次，每次半袋(1.25mg)。6～11岁儿童：口服，每日一次，每次1袋(2.5mg)。成人和青少年（12岁或12岁以上）：口服，每日一次，每次2袋(5mg)。溶于水中，服用前搅拌均匀，地氯雷他定可与食物同时服用。
不良反应
在患儿的临床试验中，246例6个月至11岁的患儿服用地氯雷他定糖浆，2～11岁年龄组其不良事件的总发生率与安慰剂相似。在6个月至2岁年龄组，最常见的并且高于安慰剂组的不良事件为腹泻(3.7%)、发热(2.3%)和失眠(2.3%)。在一系列以过敏性鼻炎和慢性特发性荨麻疹为适应症的临床试验中，患者按每天5毫克的推荐剂量服用地氯雷他定，试验组不良反应的发生率比安慰剂组高出3%。超过安慰剂组的最常见不良反应为疲倦(1.2%)、口干(0.8%)和头痛(0.6%)。在地氯雷他定上市后罕有过敏性反应（包括过敏和皮疹）、心动过速、心悸、肝敏升高、肝炎和胆红素增加的报道。
禁忌
对本品活性成份或辅料过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1、由于抗组胺药能清除或减轻皮肤对所有变应原的阳性反应，因而在进行任何皮肤过敏性试验前48小时，应停止使用本品；|2、严重肾功能不全患者慎用；|3、肝损伤、膀胱颈阻塞、尿道张力过强、前列腺肥大、青光眼患者应遵医嘱用药。
贮藏
密闭，阴凉（不超过20℃）干燥处保存。
