适应症
用于治疗勃起功能障碍。
用法用量
以尿道输注剂的方式给药。 用法： 1.用药前先排尿并轻抖动阴茎排除剩余尿液，湿润的尿道使前列地尔尿道栓更易于吸收。 2.打开铝箔包装，拿掉给药器杆上的保护盖，以最适宜的方式握住给药器，插入尿道内，轻巧并完全地压下给药器的柄直到停止，以确信药栓被完全释放，在此状态下握住给药器5秒钟。 3.轻微地向两边晃动给药器，这将使药栓与给药器顶部分离，不要用太大的压力，以免擦破尿道内皮，而引起出血。 4.保持阴茎竖直，拿除给药器。 5.观察给药器顶部，药栓应不再存在，不要触摸杆部，如果你看到给药器杆部仍残留药栓，轻巧地再次塞进尿道。 6.用双手握住阴茎，使之竖直并展长，用力搓阴茎至少10称钟，这使得药物足以分布在尿道内壁，如果你感到烧灼感，你可以再继续搓阴茎达30~60秒或直到烧灼感下降。用量由医生指导。本药品每天应用不宜多于1次。每支药品只能使用一次。
不良反应
1.一过性阴茎、尿道或睾丸微痛、尿道烧灼感或出血及其它轻微损伤。
2.偶有低血压和头晕症状。
3.若过量应用，可发生低血压、持续的阴茎疼痛及阴茎勃起异常（勃起超过6小时）。
4.与其它药物的相互作用，尚无报道。但若服用能抑制阴茎勃起的药物，可能会降低本药品的有效性。
禁忌
1.对前列腺素E1过敏者禁用。
2.阴茎异常、尿道狭窄、或患龟头炎及各种急、慢性尿道炎患者禁用。
3.患镰刀细胞贫血，血小板增多症、红细胞增多症、多发性骨髓瘤患者禁用。
4.因有阴茎异常勃起的可能，故有静脉血栓倾向或高粘度血症者。
5.当配偶为孕妇或计划妊娠时。
6.不适合进行性生活的男性。
注意事项
1.使用本药品前应进行体检以排除禁忌症的可能。
2.因尿道栓剂可引起轻微的尿道损伤和出血，故应用抗凝治疗者应慎用。
3.需注意低血压症状的发生。
4.有阴茎异常勃起现象者，应减少或停止本药品的使用。
