适应症
1.本品用于晚期眼底出血、玻璃体积血或浑浊、虹膜睫状体炎、视网膜脉络膜炎及角膜斑翳、白斑、视网膜炎。|2.亦可为视神经炎辅助治疗。|3.亦用于慢性气管炎、支气管炎、支气管哮喘、关节炎、神经痛等。
用法用量
肌肉注射：每次2ml(0.4g)，每日或隔日一次，10天为一疗程，一般用2～3疗程，中间休药1～2周，一般用2～3个疗程。
不良反应
长期使用偶可引起轻度碘中毒症状，如皮疹、发痒、恶心等，出现症状时可暂停使用或少用。
禁忌
1.对碘过敏者、严重肝肾功能减退者、活动性肺结核、消化道溃疡隐性出血者禁用。|2.甲状腺肿大及有甲状腺功能亢进家族史者慎用。
注意事项
1.因本品能刺激组织水肿，一般不用于病变早期。|2.不得与甘汞制剂合并使用，以防生成碘化高汞毒性物。|3.本品使用期限一年，如期满物理性状无变化，游离碘检查合格，可继续使用。
