适应症
本品主要治疗敏感菌引起的感染,如:1. 呼吸系统感染:扁桃体炎、咽炎、急性支气管炎、肺炎等。2. 泌尿系统感染:单纯性膀胱炎、淋菌性尿道炎。3. 妇科感染:子宫内感染、子宫附件炎、前庭大腺炎。4. 皮肤软组织感染:毛囊炎(脓疱性痤疮)?疖、痈、丹毒、峰窝织炎、淋巴管(结)炎、化脓性甲沟炎、皮下脓肿、汗腺炎、簇状痤疮、皮脂性囊肿合并感染、肛周脓肿等。.. 外伤、手术创口等的浅表性继发感染。6. 耳鼻科感染:中耳炎、副鼻窦炎;泪囊炎、角膜溃疡。7. 口腔科感染:牙周组织炎、冠周炎等。
用法用量
成人每次口服0.5g(2片)，每天3至4次。严重感染时剂量可加倍。
不良反应
1. 过敏反应:用药后偶见发热、皮疹、荨麻疹等症状,出现时应中止给药；罕见休克症状,应严密观察,遇有不适感、口内异常感、哮喘、眩晕、耳鸣等症状时应中止给药。2. 胃肠道反应:偶见恶心、食欲不振、腹泻等,罕见伪膜性肠炎。3. 肝脏毒性:少数患者用药后出现转氨酶升高等肝功能检查异常。4. 肾毒性:少数患者用药后可出现间质性肾炎。5. 血液系统:罕见嗜酸粒细胞增多、粒细胞减少、血小板减少、溶血性贫血等。6. 其它:长期大剂量服用偶可见菌群失调,二重感染等。偶见维生素K?维生素B族缺乏症。
禁忌
1. 对青霉素类或头孢菌素类药物过敏者禁用。2. 有传染性单核细胞增多症的患者禁用。
注意事项
1. 本品的主要成份是青霉素类抗生素,使用本品前应进行青霉素钠皮内敏感试验,阳性反应者禁用。2. 本品与其他青霉素类药物和头孢菌素类药物之间存在交叉过敏性。3. 有哮喘、湿疹、荨麻疹等过敏性疾病者应慎用。4. 严重肾功能不全的患者应慎重服用。5. 口服用药不良或不能口服进食、全身状态差的患者应慎重服用(可能发生维生素K缺乏症)。
贮藏
在阴凉处，密封保存。
