适应症
本品适用于良性记忆障碍，提高患者指向记忆、联想学习、图像回忆、无意义图形再认及人像回忆等能力。对痴呆患者和脑器质性病变引起的记忆障碍亦有改善作用。
用法用量
口服。一次0.1mg～0.2mg(2～4片)，一日2次，一日量最多不超过9片，或遵医嘱。
不良反应
一般不明显，剂量过大时可引起头晕、恶心、胃肠道不适、乏力等反应，一般可自行消失，反应明显时减量或停药后缓解、消失。
禁忌
癫痫、肾功能不全、机械性肠梗阻、心绞痛等患者禁用。
注意事项
1. 心动过缓，支气管哮喘者慎用。
2. 本品为可逆性ChE抑制剂，其用量有个体差异，一般应从小剂量开始，逐渐增量。
贮藏
遮光，密封，在阴凉干燥处保存。
