适应症
用于预防和减少施行冠状动脉旁路移植术体外循环病人术中的出血，并相应减少输血需求。
用法用量
1.用量取决于医生的判断习惯。|2.本品可制成5.6单位/ml的溶液，相当于1.4mg/ml。|3.静脉注射本品必须注入中心静脉，切记不可与其他药物输入同一静脉。|4.两个方案均包括1ml测试剂量、首剂量、加入心肺分流术的循环液中的剂量（"预充液"剂量）和常规输液量。当将本品加入循环液中时，为了避免其和肝素的物理不相容性，需要加入药剂来稀释并与其他成分混合。
不良反应
一般使用本品有很好的耐受性，有关不良事件的报道常与心脏手术有关，已报道的发生率在1～2%的不良反应有：|1.全身：败血症，死亡，多个系统器官衰竭，免疫系统紊乱，腹腔积血。|心血管：充血性心力衰竭，束支传导阻滞，心肌缺血，心脏传导阻滞，心包积液，室性心律失常（包括室速及室颤），休克，肺动脉高压。|2.消化：消化不良，胃肠道出血，黄疸，肝衰竭。|3.血液和淋巴：动脉血栓形成（包括肺动脉，冠状动脉），肺栓塞，血栓性静脉炎，深部血栓性静脉炎，脑血管意外，脑栓塞。其他血液疾病包括白细胞增多，凝血障碍（弥漫性血管内凝血），凝血酶原减少。|4.新陈代谢和营养学：高血糖症，低血钾症，血容量过多，酸中毒。|5.肌肉骨骼：关节痛。|6.神经：激动不安，眩晕，焦虑，惊厥。|7.呼吸：肺炎，窒息，咳嗽，肺水肿。皮肤：皮肤变色。|8.泌尿生殖：少尿，肾功能衰竭，肾小管坏死。|9.心肌梗塞：在所有进行手术的病人使用本品和安慰剂在心肌梗塞发生率的报道上没有显著差异。
禁忌
对本品过敏者。
注意事项
1.警告：使用本品后可能发生过敏或类过敏反应。在未使用过抑肽酶的患者中，过敏反应比较罕见。过敏反应的症状包括皮疹、瘙痒、呼吸困难、恶心、心动过速到伴随循环衰竭的致命过敏性休克。如果在使用本品时发生过敏反应，应立即停止用药并进行急救。要注意测试剂量也可导致严重（甚至致命）的过敏/类过敏反应，即使对二次使用抑肽酶耐受无症状的患者，此后用药也有可能导致过敏/类过敏反应。|2.测试剂量：所有患者在使用本品之前都应进行预试验以评估发生过敏反应的可能性，在使用负荷剂量前10分钟静注本品1ml。但即使在使用了1ml测试剂量后无不良反应发生，治疗剂量还是有可能引起过敏反应。一旦发生过敏反应，应立即停止用药并采用正规的紧急抗过敏措施。需注意：发生过敏/类过敏反应可能与测试剂量有关。|3.过敏反应：有药物或其它试剂过敏史的患者在使用本品时，发生过敏或类过敏反应的风险更大。初次使用本品的过敏反应发生率＜0.1%，再次使用本品的过敏反应发生率为5.0%。四、负荷剂量：在患者处于仰卧位时，应于20－30分钟内静脉推注负荷剂量。给药过快会引起一过性血压下降。
