适应症

本品用于非糖皮质激素依赖性或糖皮质激素依赖性的支气管哮喘和哮喘性慢性支气管炎患者。

用法用量

喷雾吸入。布地奈德气雾剂的剂量应个体化。|1.在严重哮喘和停用或减量使用口服激素的患者，开始使用布地奈德气雾剂的剂量是:|(1) 成人：一日200-1600μg， 分成2-4次使用，较轻微的病例一日200-800μg，较严重的则是一日800-1600μg)。一般一次200μg，早晚各一次，一日共400μg；病情严重时，一次200μg，―日4次，一日共800μg。|(2)2-7岁儿童：一日200-400μg，分成2-4次使用。|(3)7岁以上儿童：一日200-800μg，分成2-4次使用。一日二次用药(早、晚)一般是足够的，在严重哮喘及哮喘加重时，将一日的剂量分成3-4次使用是有益的，当临床效果已达到时，维持剂量应逐步减量至能控制症状的最低剂量。|2.对需要加强治疗效果的患者，可以增加布地奈德气雾剂的剂量，因为与服用口服激素的治疗相比，前者的全身性副作用发生率较小。|3.非激素依赖的患者：一般在十天内达到治疗作用。对支气管分泌黏液过多的患者，开始时可同时给予一个短期(约2周)口服激素的治疗。|4.激素依赖的患者：在开始由口服激素改用布地奈德气雾剂时，患者应处于相对稳定期，大剂量布地奈德气雾剂应与以前口服激素合用十天左右。随后口服激素可逐渐减至最低剂量，在许多病例，布地奈德气雾剂可以完全替代口服激素。

不良反应

本品可能发生以下不良反应：|1.轻度喉部刺激、咳嗽、声嘶。|2.口咽部念珠菌感染。|3.速发或迟发的过敏反应，包括皮疹、接触性皮炎、荨麻疹、血管神经性水肿和支气管痉挛。|4.精神症状，如紧张、不安、抑郁和行为障碍等。

禁忌

对本品任一成份过敏者禁用。

注意事项

1.不应试图靠吸入布地奈德快速缓解哮喘急性发作，此时仍需吸入短效支气管扩张剂。如发现患者使用短效支气管扩张剂无效，或他们所需的吸入剂量较平时增加，则应就诊。此时应考虑增强抗炎治疗，如吸入较高剂量的布地奈德或口服一疗程糖皮质激素。|2.以吸入治疗替代全身糖皮质激素用药，有时不能控制需全身用药才能控制的过敏性疾病，如鼻炎、湿疹。这些过敏性疾病需以全身的抗组胺药及(或)局部剂型控制症状。|3.肝功能下降可轻度影响布地奈德的清除。|4.肺结核患者使用本品可能需慎重考虑。|5.人长期使用布地奈德气雾剂的局部和全身作用尚不完全清楚。一旦哮喘被控制，就应该确定用药剂量至最小有效剂量。

贮藏

阀门朝下，30℃以下保存。
