适应症
本品适用于各种危及生命的室性快速型心律失常。
用法用量
1.推荐剂量为0.5～1.5mg/kg体重，稀释于5%葡萄糖20ml，10分钟内缓慢推注，如有必要可在6小时后重复。 2.注意本品同其它β-受体阻滞剂一样，具有明显种族差异，用药剂量必须根据病人的治疗反应和耐受性而定，致心律失常可能发生在治疗开始时。
不良反应
1.静脉注射常见的副作用为低血压、心动过缓、传导阻滞，其它不良反应为疲倦、呼吸困难、无力、眩晕。
2.与其它抗心律失常药物相似，本品在某些病人可产生致心律失常的不良反应，即可以诱发新的心律失常或使已有的心律失常加重,其中包括诱发尖端扭转型室性心动过速。
禁忌
1.禁用于支气管哮喘、窦性心动过缓、Ⅱ度或Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞(除非安放了有效的心脏起搏器)、先天性或获得性QT间期延长综合症、心源性休克、未控制的充血性心力衰竭以及对本品过敏的病人。
2.当患者肌酐清除率小于60ml/h时，应慎用本品。
注意事项
1.避免与能延长QT间期的药物合用。
2.应用本品前应作电解质检查，低血钾和低血镁患者应在纠正后再用本品;对于长期腹泻或同时用利尿剂的患者尤需注意;与排钾利尿剂合用时应注意补钾。
3.有支气管痉挛性疾病的患者避免使用本品。
4.伴有病窦综合症患者用本品时应特别谨慎，谨防引起窦性心动过缓、窦性间歇或窦性停搏。
5.本品具有β-受体阻滞剂作用，故可抑制心肌收缩力或引发心力衰竭。因此，心功能不全患者在用洋地黄或利尿剂控制心功能不全后，方可慎用本品;另外，两者均使房室传导延长、减慢心率，应警惕其致心律失常作用。
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存。
