适应症

本品适用于敏感原生动物和厌氧菌引起的感染。|1.用于毛滴虫引起的泌尿生殖道感染。|2.用于阿米巴原虫引起的肠、肝阿米巴虫病（包括阿米巴痢疾，阿米巴肠病，阿米巴结肠炎，阿米巴肝脓肿）。|3.用于贾第鞭毛虫病。|4.用于厌氧菌感染：如败血症、脑膜炎、腹膜炎、手术后伤口感染、产后脓毒病、脓毒性流产、子宫内膜炎以及敏感菌引起的其他感染。|5.用于预防各种手术后厌氧菌感染。

用法用量

1.防治厌氧菌感染：|(1) 成人500mg/次，每日二次(早晚各服一次,以下同)。|(2) 儿童，每12小时10mg/kg。|2.阿米巴虫病：成人500mg/次，每日二次；儿童25mg/kg/天。|3.贾第虫病：成人1.5g/次，1次/天；儿童40mg/kg/天。|4.毛滴虫病：成人1-1..g/次，1次/天；儿童2.mg/kg/天；或遵医嘱。

不良反应

服药期间有轻度头晕、头痛、嗜睡、胃肠道反应、肌肉乏力。

禁忌

1.对硝基咪唑类药物过敏的患者对此药也过敏,禁用于对此类药物过敏的患者。|2.也禁用于脑和脊髓发生病变的患者,羊癫疯及各种器官硬化症患者。

注意事项

服用剩余的药片应立即包装好并立即作好标记,放在儿童接触不到的地方。

遮光、密封保存。
