适应症
本品适用于有营养摄入障碍、但无严重消化或吸收功能障碍的病人，包括：――颅面或颈部创伤，或颅颈部手术后――咀嚼和吞咽功能性或神经性损害，或咽下困难――术前和术后高能量营养阶段――上消化道食物通过障碍――意识丧失的病人和/或接受机械通气的病人――高分解代谢状态，如癌症、烧伤和颅脑创伤病人――影响进食的心理障碍，神经性厌食――疾病恢复期――与年龄有关的摄食障碍本品作为不含膳食纤维的肠内营养制剂，还适用于需减少肠道内容物的情况：――直肠功能紊乱，如憩室炎、结肠炎、直肠炎――直肠检查准备期间――结肠手术准备期间
用法用量
本品通过管饲或口服使用，应按照患者体重和营养状况计算每日用量。|l、以本品为唯一营养来源的患者：推荐剂量为按体重一日30ml(30kcal)/kg，平均剂量为一日2000ml(2000kcal)。|2、以本品补充营养的患者：根据患者需要，每日使用500～1000ml。管饲给药时，应逐渐增加剂量，第一天的速度约为一小时20ml，以后逐日增加一小时20ml，最大滴速一小时125ml。通过重力或泵调整输注速度。
不良反应
给药速度太快或过量时，可能发生恶心、呕吐或腹泻等胃肠道副反应。
禁忌
本品忌用于不能口服或肠内进食的情况。上述情况包括肠梗阻，严重的短肠症或高排泄量的瘘。本品还忌用于患有半乳糖血症及牛乳或大豆蛋白过敏者。
注意事项
1、以本品提供全部营养的病人，应监测液体平衡。|2、根据个体代谢状态，决定是否需要额外补充钠。|3、以本品提供长期营养时，适用于禁用膳食纤维的患者，否则应选用含膳食纤维的营养制剂。|4、使用前摇匀，有效期内使用。
贮藏
25℃以下，不得冰冻，密闭保存。开启后最多可在冰箱内(2～10℃)保存24小时。
